A successful training function depends heavily on identifying appropriate training needs and evaluating training, and this course aims to transform personal decisions when selecting training courses into more objective decisions based on proven training methodologies. This course focuses on building awareness of assessment that spans the most common assessment models, skills transfer assessments and return on investment.
Detailed objectives of the training program
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Use internationally recognized methods to identify training needs
Analyze and classify data obtained from the Training Needs Assessment (TNA)
Writing instructional objectives (ILOs) that are aligned with the results of the training needs analysis
Evaluate the effectiveness of training for different levels using data collection methods and tools appropriate for each level of evaluation
Mention ways to improve the transfer of skills from training workshops to the workplace
Calculate the return on investment (ROI) for training programs by determining costs and financial returns
